Form meets function with our SV170RR Sprinter van roof rack. Featuring rugged options designed to meet the needs of your build all while matching the roof lines and contours of the van. Racks are constructed with 1/4" thick aluminum sides with two bends for added strength and durability. Racks are available with an optional decking platform. These roof racks are modular in construction, so we were able to design in features and usability for your current and future setup. This modular design translates to ease of shipping and installation for the end user. We offer a lot of options, so if you want to get started with just a roof rack without all of the extras, you can still upgrade down the road. We are also working on designs to mount and carry popular brand items Sprinter enthusiasts know and love. This products fits 2007+ 170" wheel base Sprinter
WIND FAIRING AND LIGHTING OPTIONS :
- Plain wind fairing, (No Lighting)
- 8 Pod Fairing - 8 Diode Dynamics SS5 pods, Choice of Sport or Pro. This is our best option for aesthetics, performance, and reliability. We choose to use the sport level on our builds, and they are BRIGHT. While we offer the pro option, the SS5 sport is an incredible light bar. Both SS5 Sport and Pro offer multicolor backlights. Each lighting option will come with a wiring harness and 3 way switch.
Roof Rack Deck
- Full decking option available.
- Our full deck option has two removable panels for Maxxair fans.
- With the removal of some of the rear panels, you can easily fit an Air Conditioner in the rear location. Our choice and what we offer is the new Nomadic Cooling X3, These will be available on our website soon.
- remove any single decking panel as needed to access your roof or components underneath such as wire pass throughs, ect.
- Decking is made from 3/16" aluminum with edge bends for added strength and stiffness.
- Utilizes a grid pattern of holes and L track slots.
- 3/8-16 Pem nuts available for holes. (Purchase separately)
- Plenty of material left to drill your own holes if needed.
- All hardware is stainless steel.
Cross Bars
- Each 170 rack comes with 9, 1x2" aluminum extrusion cross bars.
- 1.5" round bar on rear of rack for mounting lights or accessories.
AWNING COMPATIBILITY
- The SV170RR is compatible with Fiamma F45s 400 awnings, no drilling required.

I recently had a custom van built\d with the OGF roof rack. The fit is perfect. It is low profile and hugs the contures of the van. The light bar is incredibly bright and looks amazing as well. We have three solar panels on top and still have plenty of room for additional storage.
This rack is slick! It contours with the bends in the van very well and gives a super clean appearance. Aaron was really great with communication during the install process and was always available for questions when we had them. He gave us a walk around of the shop! Meeting the OGF team and seeing the quality work they do, really sold us on this product. We love the rack, lights and deck on our van!
These guys did a superb job with this product. Aaron and his team were super communicative during the install process and paid attention to all of the small details that make this rack awesome. We got the SS5 sport light and deck option and couldn’t be happier with what OGF provided. The deck is super solid and we hang out up there care free! We absolutely dig this roof rack!
