When converting a Sprinter van, exterior storage space matters. The OGF Van Cargo Boxes are designed to maximize usable volume on your cargo carrier while maintaining a clean, durable, and purpose-built design. These boxes are deeper than industry-standard options, providing noticeably more usable storage in a compact footprint.

Each cargo box is designed, fabricated, and hand TIG welded in-house using 1/8" (0.125") 5052 aluminum, delivering high build quality and long-term durability. When paired with our OGF Cargo Carriers, these boxes offer flexible mounting options and clean integration for a wide range of build configurations.

Cargo Box Width & Style Options

Standard Cargo Box — 24" Wide (SCB24)

• Compact exterior size with efficient interior volume
• Allows clearance around the passenger-side rear door handle
• Ideal for general exterior storage
• Approx. 4.4 cubic feet of internal storage

Wide Cargo Box — 30" Wide (SCB30)

• Increased storage volume with a wider opening
• Designed for larger items such as camp stoves, griddles, and bulky gear
• Must be mounted above the door handle
• Designed to pair with OGF 30" wide cargo carriers
• Compatible with bike-mounted setups when used with OGF cargo carriers
• 18" height fits cleanly between bike mounting arms and door handle cutout
• Approx. 5.5 cubic feet of internal storage

Inverted Cargo Box — 30" Wide (ICB30)

• Designed for higher mounting positions
• Opens upward using integrated gas struts
• Easier access when mounted higher or used as a top box
• Same internal volume as the SCB30
• Approx. 5.5 cubic feet of internal storage

Mounting Information

• Cargo boxes ship undrilled to allow flexible mounting configurations
• Designed primarily for use with OGF Cargo Carriers, but can be mounted to other systems
• Recommended mounting: four bolts through the rear panel of each box
• Mounting hardware included
• Hole placement can be transferred directly from the carrier during installation

• Stacking Cargo Boxes
• Boxes can be stacked by mounting one lower on the cargo carrier
• Recommended:
• Four bolts per box to the carrier
• One small 1/4-20 UNC bolt tying boxes together
• This method minimizes movement and vibration
