Heavy-Duty 1/8" Aluminum Construction

Our MOLLE panels are laser cut in-house from 1/8" 5052 aluminum, providing a strong and rigid mounting surface built for real-world use. Each aluminum panel is finished in a durable textured black powder coat for a clean OEM-style appearance that complements virtually any Sprinter interior.

Behind each MOLLE panel is an in-house waterjet-cut .090" textured ABS backing panel, providing a clean, finished appearance between the MOLLE grid and the factory rear door.

Versatile MOLLE Storage

The functional MOLLE grid gives you the freedom to configure your rear door storage around the way you use your van. Mount MOLLE-compatible pouches, tie-downs, tools, recovery equipment, camping gear, and other accessories exactly where you need them.

The panels are also compatible with our optional Off Grid Fabrications MOLLE Nuts, CNC machined from 5052 aluminum and black anodized for a durable mounting solution that makes it easy to hard-mount accessories throughout the MOLLE grid.

These aren't imported panels with our name added to them. Off Grid Fabrications manufactures our Sprinter MOLLE panels in-house in Salisbury, North Carolina.

From laser cutting the 1/8" 5052 aluminum MOLLE panels to waterjet cutting the ABS backing plates, we control the manufacturing process ourselves to produce a strong, clean-fitting system made specifically for the Mercedes Sprinter.

Straightforward Installation

Installation utilizes existing factory mounting locations in the rear doors. Simply open the existing factory holes to the required size, install the supplied rivet nuts, and bolt the MOLLE panels into place.
